Thilanka offers 80 furnished rooms in Kandyan decor, private balcony or terrace in wooded environment. Rich Kandyan art, antiques, bed headboards decked in traditional Kandyan vine motifs, bowls of purple lotus flowers and baskets of fresh fruit make this, a dwelling befitting a maharaja. A Traditional Brass oil lamp dangles from the ceiling and when lit, paints soft shadows on the bright walls.

It offers guest all modern amenities like Bath tub with hot and cold water, telephone with ISD and STD dialing facility and 24 hour room service. Hotel also offers Banquet and Conference facilities.
